At the end of my career path in AIESEC I got more and more shoked by examples of post-AIESECers... being inspired by ones, sad for others... We had lots of conversations with @-friends on why it is happening like that when you leave AIESEC your ideas, vision, desires, dreams change... and how to stay positive leader and keep on building sustainable impactful future... at least for those who are around...
Corporate machine is the hardest challenge after dreaming BIG in AIESEC... unfortunately, too many of us fail and stop 'changing the world'...
